Data controller
The data controller is BZSolutions S.r.l., VAT number IT02886020128, Viale Italia 59, 20094 Corsico (MI), Italy.
This notice applies to the bzsolutions.it corporate website. It does not govern telecommunications services supplied to customers or the separate fibra.bz project, which require their own notices.

When an incident or abuse occurs, relevant logs may be retained for longer to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retention for website logs, WAF/proxy logs, backups and Matomo is managed in the internal configuration according to security needs and applicable obligations.
Matomo Analytics
Matomo is installed and operated directly by BZSolutions at matomo.bzsi.eu, using Site ID 1. The website does not use Matomo Cloud and does not send browsing data to the Matomo provider. Access to reports and configuration is restricted to authorised NIS2/security staff.
The tracker remains blocked until Analytics consent. After acceptance, it records visited pages and standard browsing interactions; the internal instance retains the full IP address. User IDs, heatmaps, session recordings, form analytics, profiling and automated decisions are not used.
Consent can be rejected or withdrawn without consequences through Cookie preferences in the footer. Detailed information about technologies and durations is available in the Cookie Policy.
Contact form and commercial enquiries
The form collects name, optional company, business email, area of interest and message. The enquiry is sent through the website API and Zimbra SMTP to staff@bzsolutions.it, accessible to BZSolutions staff, to respond to the contact and, where applicable, to take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. It does not create tickets or CRM records and does not subscribe the visitor to newsletters or marketing communications.
Enquiries received by email, telephone or WhatsApp are handled for the same purposes. Messages and related data are retained for the time needed to manage the enquiry, meet applicable obligations and protect rights.
Recipients and infrastructure
The website is hosted on BZSolutions infrastructure in Italy. Data may be accessed by authorised BZSolutions staff and, where necessary, infrastructure providers appointed as processors. WAF and proxy protect the infrastructure; Matomo is internal and its reports are not public.
No international transfers through Matomo are planned. Any future third-party integration will be assessed and described before activation.
Links to social networks
Any links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are plain links. No social pixel, feed or script is loaded by the website. A platform operator receives data only when the visitor chooses to open the link and acts under its own privacy notice.
Your rights
Where applicable, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Requests can be sent to privacy@bzsolutions.it, which is also the contact address of the appointed DPO. Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
